Product description:

• This is a supravital stain, i.e. perform residual RNA and mitochondrial staining (blue) of the reticulocytes prior to cell death. The B.C.B stain solution contains 1% BCB (Brilliant Cresyl Blue).
• Only fresh blood samples are applicable.
• The HbH should be incubated in a 37 ℃ Water Bath or an incubator for 4 hours.
